Started supplementing with the enzymes (Pure Encapsulations) and responded well so far. Curious if you should supplement a certain time before meals, with meals, or after eating for optimal results?

I used to think bloating was “just how my body works” until I realized it was tied to poor enzyme activity.
Agree! We focus so much on what we eat, but don’t realize that what happens with the food once it reaches the digestive system is equally important.
